Who can register?
Any child that lives in Moore County and will be 3 or 4 years old on or before August 15, 2024.
(Priority will be given to 4 year olds)

What to bring?
-Child’s Certified Birth Certificate(NOT the Mother’s Copy)
-Child’s Social Security Card
-Proof of Residency-Parent/Guardian’s Driver’s License AND an electric bill, water bill OR rental agreement.
-Child’s Immunizations and Physical Certificate(Doctor’s Offices and/or health departments have these)
-Proof of Income-2023 tax form, 2 pay stubs, or other documentation
-Child’s Certified Birth Certificate(NOT the Mother’s Copy)
-Child’s Social Security Card
